Minutes

I. Motto: Audacia, Scientia, Adventum

II. Anthem was not sung this time

III. Minutes from February were read and approved

IV, The results from the special election were announced, with Erin Fuller being elected as our Vice President.

V. We have applications for full membership from David and Melissa Hind, Kelsey Josephson, and Samantha Hackett. These applications will be sent out to the full members to be voted on. Return your vote by messenger to President Mitch Thompson by 5:00 pm on Monday, April 21, the date of the April meeting. Do NOT reply on the group message, please!

VI. Upcoming events: Demicon is coming up May with the theme of FAN-tasy. We decided to have the room party theme be Fantasy Island (with flamingos, palm trees, etc.) on Friday and Saturday nights. BAS will have a panel on writing for Radio, probably Saturday morning. We have the main room Sunday from 11 – 1 for rehearsing the radio shows, etc, then we will be initiating the new members, and performing both radios shows.
