Birthday Party
The Chrononaut Cotillion
The BrassGears Adventurers Society and the Des Moines Science Fiction Society, LTD host the Chrononaut Cotillion: Steampunk Ball that is held on or near New Years Eve each year at the Holiday Inn Northwest on Merle Hay Des Moines.
Enjoy an evening of dance with DJ Prime, merriment, costumes, photos, games, drinks and prizes. Come raise a glass (or two) to destiny.
Conglomeration Campout
This event that is held on the president's acreage in September. Come camp, gather apples, play croquet, battle the elements, fly kites, parasol dueling, sit around the campfire telling ghost stories or watch an outdoor silent movie or two. Now set for the whole weekend. The Conglomeration is for those steampunk stalwarts who like fashion, but wish to ruff it with the privilege of modern amenities.
BrassGears Birthday Party
Every year in October, the BrassGears Adventurers Society hosts a Birthday Dinner to celebrate the founding of our fellowship.
